Oliver, “Ollie,” was known to everyone as the “gentle giant.” He was a 106 lb. pure white German shepherd who never met a person he didn't like and never met a person who didn't like him. His favorite thing was riding in the convertible with the top down and the wind blowing in his face. He brought smiles and happiness to everyone he met. In honor of him, we have named our company “The Ollie Group.” Anyone who has ever lost a beloved pet knows how much they mean to people and what they can add to their lives. We aim to add happiness and smiles to everyone we work with just like a beloved and never-forgotten pet.

Inspired by Ollie’s spirit, Annie and Paul have built a company rooted in kindness, joy, and the desire to leave a positive mark on everyone they serve.
Annie is a driven and compassionate individual whose journey reflects both resilience and heart. Born and raised in Newburyport, Massachusetts, she laid a strong foundation with her education and early ambitions in fashion marketing at UMASS Amherst. Yet, her adventurous spirit led her to the Florida Keys at just 20 years old, where she balanced continuing her business studies with bartending. It was there that Annie discovered her knack for network marketing—a field where her natural leadership and dedication quickly propelled her to success.
After nearly a decade in the Keys, Annie returned to New Hampshire, channeling her energy into mentoring others and building a thriving career in network marketing over 25 years. Always eager to embrace new challenges, she transitioned into real estate investing in 2004, managing properties and perfecting her understanding of the market. Earning her real estate license in 2017, Annie now dedicates herself to helping families in Massachusetts and New Hampshire find their dream homes, guided by values of honesty, integrity, and genuine care.
Outside of her professional life, Annie’s heart beats for animal welfare. She regularly supports her local animal shelter and cherishes her two pure white German Shepherds, Missy and Kody, who are a constant source of joy and companionship. Known for her authenticity, warmth, and unwavering commitment, Annie is someone who inspires trust and confidence in every relationship she builds.
My name is Paul Trajlinek, and I’ve spent a lifetime building things the right way. With over five decades in the construction world—and more than five years dedicated to professional installation in the real estate industry—I bring a depth of experience and a standard of craftsmanship that only time and dedication can teach.
I got my start in Florida, where hard work wasn’t optional—it was a way of life. That’s where I learned the importance of showing up, doing the job right, and never cutting corners. From installing carpet, tile, and hardwood to handling blinds, window treatments, and plantation shutters, I’ve always treated each project with the same level of care as if it were for my own family.
At 34, I moved to New Hampshire in search of new challenges and growth. But no matter where I am, my approach doesn’t change: respect the craft, respect the client, and let your work speak for itself.
Before that move, I spent 15 years living in the Florida Keys. Life on the islands taught me the value of community, patience, and connection—lessons I carry with me into every home I work on. Whether I’m installing a single fixture or contributing to a larger construction effort, I aim to bring honesty, reliability, and a steady hand to every project.
This work isn’t just a job to me—it’s a commitment. One that’s been shaped by years of experience, a strong work ethic, and a simple belief: every job deserves to be done with care and pride.
